288wen's aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of action, will at all times be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your 288wen account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
288wen does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Maintenance windows and technical interruptions may occur and 288wen will endeavour to notify users in advance where reasonably practicable.
288wen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole and absolute discretion, at any time and without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; dormancy (accounts inactive for more than twelve consecutive months); or at the request of relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in a good-standing account will be returned to the player via the last-used withdrawal method, net of any pending bonus wagering obligations. Funds in accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
You may close your 288wen account at any time by contacting live support. Account closure requests are actioned within 24 hours. Any open bets at the time of closure request will be settled in accordance with standard settlement rules before the account is formally closed.
288wen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
